6.2 TRACING SCHEME WHEN RED LAMP LIT

Use caution when fault tracing on Travel Power. Please observe that

this is a 230 V installation.

Red LED is lit YES Have several connec-

tions and disconnect-

ions of large loads

within a short interval

YES Turn off the engine for 1 minute and

then restart the Travel Power without

load. Avoid such behavior in the

future.

Has a large motor or

compressor load been

connected?

YES Reduce the load and avoid starting

large motors/compressors at the

same time

Is there a lose

connection in the

230 V installation or in

the generator wiring?

YES Check the wiring Restart Travel

Is a three-position

switching device

installed?

YES Check according to section 3.6 Restart Travel

Are there reasons to

suspect that the

temperature protection

has been triggered?

YES Check with section 3.2 that the

power box installation is OK and

make sure that the ventilation

openings are unobstructed and that

the ambient temperature is normal
